The operation of the MC10H124MELG is through the use of two interlocked CMOS switches. The two-phase clock signals (Ph1 and Ph2) toggle the corresponding switch positions. They also control the voltage levels of the Output Pin (OP). Both input and output signals must be in the same logic level family in order to maintain the correct voltages at both ends. The two signals must be provided in a complimentary manner (i.e., Ph1 High-Low-High and Ph2 Low-High-Low) to ensure the correct levels are maintained.
