The logic block consists of several logic functions such as: reset voltage and level shifter, logic one and logic zero output, logic one and logic zero enable signals and logic one and logic zero enable enable. The logic one and logic zero enable signals are used to control the rise time and fall time of the output voltage and the logic one and logic zero enable enable are used to enable and disable the output voltage.The output drive is a voltage-controlled circuit which converts the input voltage into a suitable control voltage. This circuit controls the amplitude of the output voltage and adjusts the turnover time of the MOSFETs.The MC34152D is an ideal choice for light and medium-power switch applications.
