The MCP73113T-16SI/MF is an advanced lithium battery charge controller designed for use in portable applications. It integrates Li-ion/polymer chemistry battery charging capability, power-source switch, low-voltage protection, low-dropout/source or sink current regulation, and highly accurate charging current regulation along with full over-temperature protection.

The MCP73113T-16SI/MF is a high integration and multifunction power management IC (PMIC) designed for battery charging applications of high-performance portable electronic products. It integrates high efficiency, AC/DC charger control, dynamic charger power management, system power current limitation and safety protection functions. This MCP73113T-16SI/MF PMIC has an integrated 16-bit high-speed microcontroller which can be used for multiple battery charging applications. It also has other features such as auto power diagnosis, over-voltage, short-circuit, USB port current limiting and dynamic shunt control.
