The MCP73833T-CNI/MF also includes a Trickle Charge (TC) phase which maintains the battery voltage at full capacity by adding a low-level current at the charge termination voltage. The TC phase will terminate when the battery voltage reaches full charge and the charge end terminal is asserted.
