The MIC1810-10U-TR includes a temperature-monitoring circuit, a voltage supervisor, and a current-monitoring circuit, all of which require a single supply voltage of 2.5V to 15V. The temperature monitoring circuit consists of two NPN transistors for temperature sensing, and two comparators for over-temperature and under-temperature monitoring. The temperature-monitor comparators detect temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C and generate a reset signal when the temperature exceeds the set limits. The current-monitor comparators detect currents ranging from 1µA to 160mA, and generate a reset signal when the detected current exceeds the preset current limit.

The MIC1810-10U-TR includes a time-delayed reset circuit that offers adjustable timing to prevent false reset signals. The time-delay can be adjusted using an internal resistor divider, while the filter settings are adjustable using an external capacitor. The output reset signal is logic level, and can also be used as an interrupt signal.
