MIC39300-2.5BU TR Application Field and Working Principle

MIC39300-2.5BU TR is a two-terminal low drop-out (LDO) linear voltage regulator specially designed for automotive applications. It is designed to provide a compact, low power and high power-supply solution for automotive applications like telecommunication modules and central body control. MIC39300-2.5BU has been developed as an enhanced version of the standard two-terminal linear voltage regulator which combines the high performance of a linear regulator and the low cost of an LDO. With MIC39300-2.5BU, users can easily and accurately control voltage levels within the range of 1.3V to 5.5V.

The most important feature of MIC39300-2.5BU is its high power efficiency.
