The MIC39301-2.5BU is a Linear Voltage Regulator with built-in power MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. This Voltage Regulator is a Micropower, High Input Voltage, Low Quiescent Current LDO. It integrates high-side and low-side power MOSFET in an industry standard DFN-6 package. It also includes an ENA pin to enable and disable LDO output, overcurrent limit and thermal shutdown (TSD) protection, and a Fault Open Drain output that indicates the status of the device. The MIC39301-2.5BU regulator is designed to provide a wide input voltage range of 4.75V to 39V and provide high power conversion efficiency that results in longer battery life and is suitable for automotive, industrial and other applications.
