The MIC4415YFT-T5 is a quad system Power Management IC Gate Driver, designed to provide high-speed gate drive and steering logic essential to the correct functioning of external power MOSFETs.

The MIC4415YFT-T5 is designed to drive the gate of a power MOSFET, IGBT or MOS-Controlled Thyristor (MCT).
