The MIC4467CWM is a high-speed, high-voltage monolithic MOSFET and IGBT gate driver designed to drive power MOSFETs, BJTs, or IGBTs in high-speed switching applications including DC/DC converters, motor drives and high-frequency inverters. This device combines an internal high voltage gate driver with four gate driver outputs, providing various voltage source, voltage sink, and tristate outputs.The MIC4467CWM device is designed to support a wide range of power MOSFETs, BJTs, and IGBTs. This device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 7.5 V to 35 V and can withstand transient voltages up to 50 V. The MIC4467CWM device has a variety of features that make it suitable for a wide range of applications including: a wide operating temperature range (-40°C ~ 85°C), fast switching times (0.2 μs), fast overcurrent protection (172 MHz), low operating current (<50 mA), and low quiescent current (<100 μA).The MIC4467CWM device\'s circuitry consists of four independent high-side output drivers, each capable of driving power MOSFETs, BJTs, and IGBTs. The MIC4467CWM features adjustable frequency response, over-temperature protection, low current shutdown, and fast overcurrent protection. Each output is connected to the common supply via a current-limiting resistor, ensuring a stable output without the need for power sharing techniques. Additionally, each output has an adjustable dead-time control and shoot-through protection.The MIC4467CWM also features high current drive capability, allowing it to drive up to 2.0 A of gate current per output.
