Additionally, the amplifier utilizes a protection circuit that optimizes operation and reliability, helping to maximize the amplifier’s total efficiency and long term performance.The working principle of MMG3002NT1 is based on the principle of Doherty Amplifiers, and incorporates advanced circuit and design techniques to provide an extremely efficient form of power amplification. Specifically, the amplifier utilizes a new process for combining two linear transistors with an input coupler. This enables the two transistors to share the same input signal, while the transistors operate at different output power states, depending on the level of signal. When the signal level is low, the amplifier uses the main transistor for amplification; when the signal level is high, the amplifier uses the equalizer transistor in the output stage to amplify the signal. This technique enables the amplifier to provide an extremely high efficiency while maintaining very low distortion. Due to its excellent features and capabilities, MMG3002NT1 is an excellent choice for a wide range of RF applications, including base stations, cellular communication, satellite communication, CATV applications, and automotive radar.
