The MPSA05RA Transistor is a Single Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) which has a wide range of applications in the field of data processing and communication. This transistor is an NPN type with a low collector to base capacitance, high current gain, high frequency response and low noise characteristics.

The MPSA05RA can be used in a variety of applications; some of them are: radio and TV receivers, transistors, oscillators, amplifiers, computer electronics, audio amplifiers, power amplifiers and voltage regulators.
