In this mode, the diode provides a high peak power absorption capability, designed to clamp the transient and protect sensitive components from damage.The MSMBJ13CA/TR is designed for operating temperatures between -55°C to +150°C. It is also compatible with standard reflow soldering process.The MSMBJ13CA/TR is widely used in automotive, industrial, and communications applications.
