NCP5351D is a 3-phase high voltage gate driver controller used in power systems to drive PMOS/NMOS mosfets. It is designed to increase motor efficiency, reduce power consumption and extend motor operational life. It is specially designed for battery powered applications, such as electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles.
NCP5351D utilizes a multiphase interleaved control scheme to support high current applications and to reduce the switching losses by distributing the switching elements over the phases.
