NCP5424D is a synchronous buck switching regulator controller designed to provide current mode control with excellent line and load regulation. It is able to operate as a buck, boost, buck-boost, and inverting DC-DC converter. NCP5424D is widely used in power management across different end applications including computing applications, consumer applications, as well as automotive and industrial applications.

On semiconductor\'s NCP5424D device has a wide range of features to adjust the switching regulator output voltage to improve performance. It features a selectable pulse frequency modulation or pulse width modulation with feedforward compensation technique, allowing for improved efficiency and performance. Additionally, it includes adaptive dead-time and valley current limit. These features enable the device to provide transient response and current regulation without loop compensation.
