The NCP81071CDR2G, a high-performance, 4A non-synchronous buck driver with an integrated MOSFET, is a high-current switching power supply with the highest power efficiency. Designed to primarily minimize power losses, the NCP81071CDR2G is suitable for mobile application, IoT, and home audio and video devices.

The NCP81071CDR2G has several features that make it ideal for use as a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) and Gate Driver.
