NCV304LSQ33T1G is a P-channel Mos-Fet based on N-channel enhancement mode and is one of the most popular PMIC (Power Management IC) – Supervisors, which is designed to protect high-side and low-side discrete and integrated power Fets. The device offers protection against various fault conditions, including over-voltage, reverse polarity, leakage current, brown-out, over-temperature, under-voltage and over-current.
The NCV304LSQ33T1G provides high-side and low-side current limit and shutdown protection as well as over-voltage, under-voltage, reverse voltage, and short-circuit protection. It includes a buffered P-channel MOS-Fet followed by a power supply supervisor (PSS) circuit. This supervisor consists of a comparator, a logic circuit and an embedded Schottky diode to provide protection against reverse polarity, excessive current, and short-circuit.
