NCV5701BDR2G PMIC Gate Driver is the ideal choice for driving a bridge of Gate Voltage (VGS) in power switching applications. It features a dedicated high and low side signal channel in each driver, which is released and then clamped with a series resettable over-temperature protection for each respective driver. The device also features an Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) with hysteresis, Under Voltage Protection (UVP), Over Temperature Protection (OTP) and an enable/disable control circuit. Working Principle
