NCV612SQ25T1G is a low-dropout linear regulator (LDO) with input voltage range up to 25V and output voltage range up to 1.2V. This device has been designed to provide low power and wide variety of applications in consumer and industrial electronic systems, such as DC/DC converters, PC motherboards and cellular phones. It is designed to provide robustness against high frequency spikes and ESD transients with the help of programmable current limiting, over-temperature and short-circuit protection.
