The NCV85081BDS50G integrated voltage regulator utilizes a three-terminal adjustable voltage regulator topology to monitor the output voltage for loading changes, line voltage fluctuations and temperature changes, and automatically adjust the output voltage due to its integrated control loop. This integrated control loop can maintain the output voltage within the accuracy range of ±1.5% over a wide temperature range, allowing for greater design flexibility.

Working Principle
The working principle of NCV85081BDS50G integrated voltage regulator is that when the output voltage deviates from the set voltage value, the voltage regulator will adjust the error amplifier output to adjust the gate drive current of the power transistor and regulate the output voltage. In order to accurately maintain the output voltage within the accuracy range of ±1.5%, an error voltage is added to the feedback voltage of the error amplifier. The error voltage is determined by the external resistors connected to the voltage reference input pins.
