NM93C56LN is a low-voltage CMOS EEPROM 256-bit memory device organizaed as 16 bytes of 16 bits. The memory is accessed through a serial data bus and offers a high write/erase endurance, data retention and datasheet which complies with RoHS compliant. Considering the application fields of NM93C56LN, it is applicable for storing configuration settings and storing passwords, pins and authentication keys.

The working principle of NM93C56LN is quite simple. The Chip Select, Data Input, Clock and Reset all act as inputs that control the writing, reading and erasing of data.
