PN3569 is a Single Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) particularly designed by ROHM Semiconductor. This device is based on their current technology, designed for optimal performance. It is a three-terminal device that creates a current path between the emitter and collector terminals. The emitter terminal is the current source and the collector terminal is the current drain. A small current applied to the base terminal can control large currents. This makes the BJT a current control device.

This additional voltage should be enough to maintain the gain of the device.
