The RT8009GB is a DC/DC switching regulator derived from a leading edge technology. This device combines pulse width modulation, current limit and thermal protection with a precise line and load regulation. As a standard DC/DC voltage regulator, the RT8009GB can be used for a wide range of applications from power supplies to notebooks, portable devices and all other DC/DC power applications.
The RT8009GB is designed with a wide input voltage operating range of 4.5V to 28V and able to provide up to 6A of output current. The device features low on-resistance MOSFETs for high efficiency and low-noise operation. The device also features an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 16V and can support any output voltage up to the maximum output current capability.
