The SA110AHA0G is a single Bi-directional Thyristor Surge Suppressor (TSS) designed with uni-directional working principle for transient protection in electronic equipment.The SA110AHA0G has a working voltage of 110 volts, and a peak pulse power surge of 1 kilo Watts. It provides protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to 100volts, and has a fast response time of less than 1ns. The device is also capable of providing ultra-low capacitance of less than 0.2pF in order to reduce ringing and overshoot at high speed signal lines. In addition, the device also features integrated protection for digital data lines that are immune to fast rise time transients referred to as IEC 61000-4-2. The SA110AHA0G is designed to absorb and dissipate large transients by utilizing special circuitry. The device utilizes a series of metal oxide varistors (MOVs) as the main surge absorbers, which are formed using four high energy dissipation diodes connected in parallel.
