After the voltage pulse has been deflected, the TVS Diode will quickly go back to its non-conductive state and will remain ready for further voltage pulses.

For surge protection, the SMCG11CA-HRA provides superior clamping capabilities in a very small footprint size of 2x3mm. Its low capacitance design ensures that circuit signal integrity is preserved and that the devices are suitable for protecting high-speed circuits.
