The SMCG5638E3/TR13 is a surface mount, bidirectional, dual-array, transient voltage suppressor designed to offer protection against high-energy transients caused by electrostatic discharges (ESD).

The SMCG5638E3/TR13 has a maximum peak pulse voltage of 28V and a pulsed current of 600W peak. It has a low clamping voltage of 11V and is designed to be operated in applications with a supply voltage between 4V-28V.
