TVS - Diodes

TVS - Diodes are also known as Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS). These devices are designed to be able to withstand large over-voltage surges and can protect electronic circuitry from damage or destruction due to sudden power fluctuation or over-voltage causes such as lightning strikes. They are extremely reliable, easy to install, and cost-effective when compared to alternatives such as MOV’s.

The SMDJ36AHM6G AEC-Q101 qualified uni-directional TVS is an effective device used in the design of power distribution systems and other circuit-protection systems.
