TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressors) diodes are widely used to protect high-speed circuits from transient overvoltage events. SMDJ40 is a diode-based overvoltage protection component. Reverse leakage, which is the flow of current through the diode when a reverse bias is applied, can be adjusted to meet the leakage requirements of the target system.
