The STEVAL-MKI075V1 evaluation board from STMicroelectronics is part of the X-NUCLEO-IKS01A3 Sensor expansion board which includes the ultra-low-power three-axis digital output LSM6DSL MEMS accelerometer and the high-accuracy three-axis digital output LSM6DS3 MEMS gyroscope, both of which are connected to the STM32 Nucleo platform.This board is specifically designed to evaluate the capabilities of the LSM6DS0/1/3 sensor family and the NUCLEO Embedded platform. The board includes a wide variety of peripheral devices and low-cost components which allow users to quickly evaluate the performance of the MEMS accelerometer and gyroscope it contains. Features such as the on-board USB micro-B connector and the NUCLEO STM32 board provide a fast and easy way to develop applications with the STEVAL-MKI075V1 evaluation board. In addition, the board includes an extension header for other external devices such as LEDs, push-buttons, and other sensors.

The STEVAL-MKI075V1 evaluation board is based on the low-power LSM6DSL accelerometer which offers a selectable range of up to 16 g. This range enables the device to measure linear acceleration in a wide range of applications such as motion control, vibration monitoring, and orientation sensing. The device is also available in an I2C version and its built-in 16-bit ΔΣ modulator enables it to measure acceleration up to 13 bits of precision. The LSM6DS3 also offers a selectable range of up to 10 dps angular rate which allows the device to measure angular rate for applications such as e-compass, motion sensing, and gyroscopic stabilization.

In addition, the STEVAL-MKI075V1 evaluation board is equipped with the X-NUCLEO-IKS01A3 which contains multiple peripherals like the STM32 Discovery board in a compact form factor.
