The STFV3N150 is a state of the art Enhancement-mode Mosfet technology in a Surface Mounted Device(SMD) package. The device is designed for high speed, high current and low RDS(on) applications such as automotive and industrial applications. The STFV3N150 is the best choice for applications such as motor and robot control, relay drives, switching power, high side load switches and power regulators.

The main components of the STFV3N150 are the N-channel enhancement-mode metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (N-MOSFETs).
