SY89545LMI

The SY89545LMI is a high performance, high speed, low power, CMOS logic signal switches, multiplexers and decoders.

The SY89545LMI is composed of sixteen independent 2-input multiplexers, each of which has true (D1) and complementary (D2) outputs. The control logic for selecting one of two data inputs for each multiplexer is also provided. This 16-bit multiplexer is fully compatible with all industry standard logic families.

The SY89545LMI operates from a single power supply and the power supply voltage range is 3.0V to 5.5V. Its input thresholds are compatible with TTL families, the output voltage levels are determined by a separate supply voltage, making the device ideal for interfacing in systems with different logic families. The SY89545LMI also has built-in pullup and pulldown resistors, allowing direct interface of CMOS inputs to a transistor-transistor (TTL) logic outputs.
