TC4405CPA

The TC4405CPA is a monolithic low-voltage MOSFET and IGBT gate drivers typically used in DC-DC conversion, motor control and motor driver applications. It is suitable for applications that require low voltage and large current gate drive. The device provides protection against reverse bias, small signal protection, inrush current protection and temperature protection.

The chip is divided into two parts，namely the gatedriver circuit and thedriver circuit.
