It features an integrated high-side MOSFET driver, two low-side Gate drivers, and twoLow-Dropout (LDO) regulators for low-voltage supplies. It also provides over-voltage protection and over-currentprotection for long-term reliability.The TL5001AQDG4 is designed to switch between two different voltage levels, using a bi-directional currentmode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controller with a selectable Soft-Start mode. It supports synchronousrectification, allowing the device to reduce power consumption while providing higher efficiency. TheTL5001AQDG4 also provides an adjustable output voltage offset to reduce the output voltage noise whenswitching between the two voltage levels.The TL5001AQDG4 integrated MOSFET drivers have a peak output current of 1.5A and are designed towork with low-side and high-side MOSFETs. In addition to the integrated MOSFET drivers, the TL5001AQDG4also has two programmable-gain amplifier circuits for external amplifiers. These amplifiers are designed toprovide a gain of up to 26 dB for adjusting the output voltage of the device.The TL5001AQDG4 low-voltage supplies are enabled by two low-dropout (LDO) regulators, each providing upto 1A of continuous current. These regulators feature adjustable voltage range from 1.2V to 3.6V, providingflexibility to tailor the power management system to the specific application.The TL5001AQDG4 also provides protection against over-voltage and over-current conditions. Theover-current protection is provided by an internal current-sense amplifier and a current-limit circuit.
