The TNY375DG-TL is a PMIC - AC DC Converters, Offline Switchers. It is well-applied in many applications such as lighting systems, consumer electronics, office automation and data storage products. The line under-voltage lockout automatically disables the power supply at the semiconductor level when the line voltage is detected to be below a user-defined level, while the brown-in voltage automatically resumes the power supply when the line voltage reaches a user-defined level.
The TNY375DG-TL is ideal for many applications as it is a highly integrated solution with a wide input voltage range that can operate in both continuous and pulsed conduction modes. It has a switch-mode power supply (SMPS) operating at 850 kHz that uses primary-side synchronous rectification, eliminating the need for secondary-side power switches. This minimizes components in the switching path, allowing greater efficiency and tighter output voltage regulation. The TNY375DG-TL also supports Active Clamp Reset Forward (ACRF) topology, allowing free-wheeling operations with Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) and improved efficiency. In addition, the device is protected against short circuit and output over-voltage conditions and has an integrated voltage clamp on the device.
The TNY375DG-TL works to deliver a nominal 12W output power from a universal input voltage of 120 to 276 V AC.
