The Texas Instruments TPS53119RGTT is a non-synchronous buck controller for PoL (Point of Load) applications. It operates with an input voltage range from 4.5 V to 14 V and provides a regulated output voltage of 1.3 V to 3.6 V with up to 15 A of current at up to 95% efficiency. It features full internal high-side power FETs with integrated pulldown circuitry, allowing for operation without an external P-channel FET and minimising the bill of materials and design complexity. The device is easy to design using eFuses, which eliminates a system reset or supervisor circuit. Its integrated PWM (pulsewidth modulation) control provides high efficiency and low output ripple, and its internally regulated internal oscillator allows for low-cost, low-component count designs.
