The UCC27323DGNG4 is a type of PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuit) Gate Driver belonging to the wider UCC27000 Series family. The type of device is designed to drive the gate of a MOSFET or IGBT power device, allowing both higher loads and switching frequency than previously possible.
