UCC27523DR is an integrated Gate Driver designed for aggressive Driving of Power MOSFETs. It is part of the family of Programmable Gate Drivers from Texas Instruments (TI). TI\'s Programmable Gate Drivers have been designed to have a wide voltage range, low impedance drivers and integrated protection from accidentally driving the Gate into the Drain.
