ULN2002ANE4 Application Field and Working Principle
ULN2002ANE4 is a part of a series of high-voltage and high-current Darlington transistors ULN2001. This component is designed to control a wide variety of loads efficiently, operated within a temperature range of -40-85℃ and containing 60V, 500mA Darlington output with base connection. Applications of this component include switching of inductive, capacitive, resistive, or combination of these types of load.The ULN2002ANE4 has a 16-pin DIP package with a dense pin composition. Its pins are identified with the letters A-P. Pins A and K are power supply pins, pins B-J are the collector, and pins C-I are the emitter. The seven available outputs are connected with pins M-Q, while pins E and N are connected to backward diode and pin L is a common emitter connection point.The ULN2002ANE4 consists mainly of two parts - the driver and the output stage.
