The ULN2004ADE4 is an array of Darlington transistors, also known as a high-voltage, high-current Darlington driver. It has been designed to drive a wide range of loads with a very high degree of accuracy and robustness. The ULN2004ADE4 is available in two packages, a surface-mount plastic DIP (Dual-In-Package) and a larger, more versatile plastic leadless chip carrier (PECL).
