The ULN2064B is one of the most versatile, high voltage, high current Darlington array integrated circuits. It is manufactured by Texas Instruments and is popular with designers for its unique combination of features, including wide operating voltage range (2V-50V), high current rating (500 mA per channel), and multiple logic input compatibility (TTL, 5V CMOS logic). When a logic input is set to H, the associated output transistor conducts current. Conversely, when the same logic input is set to L, the output transistor does not conduct current.
