1N4095 Application Field and Working Principle

The 1N4095 is a single Zener diode in a DO-41 package. This diode is designed for general-purpose use and to provide protection against voltage transients over a wide range of applications. This diode\'s wide current range instruction makes it highly desirable when controlling low-current electrical circuits.

The 1N4095 is mainly used in power-supply protection circuits and over-voltage protection. Other applications include battery charging controls, transistor CMOS protection, MOSFETs and SCRs.
