2N6281 Application Field and Working Principle

2N6281 is a type of single bipolar junction transistor (BJT), also known as NPN silicon power transistor. It is a high current, medium-power switch capable of handling typically up to 100V maximum voltage and 5A or greater, with a high gain hFE of 2000.
