The 2N6292 is a robust, high-performance bipolar junction transistor (BJT) and is part of the NPN family of transistors. It is especially useful in circuits that require high switching speeds and low power dissipation rates. The 2N6292 is a single transistor, with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 60V and an operating temperature range of -55° to 125° C. The collector-emitter saturation voltage V CE(sat) is around 0.50V, and the reverse-bias safe operating area (SOA) is superb.
The 2N6292 is most commonly used for high-speed switching applications, such as high-frequency amplifiers and digital circuits. It is also ideal for applications where low voltage and low power are crucial, such as personal electronics and portable devices.
