Working Principle

The 91618-310BLF is equipped with a two-position interface that can be constructed with a number of contacts depending on the application. The product is designed to be soldered or pressed into PCBs easily with spring latches that guarantee secure mating and prevent accidental disengagement. The two positions provide ample contact mating and eliminate the need for further cabling between mating and/or power receptacles. Contacts are gold plated to facilitate low contact resistance and increase heat dissipation, thus extending the life span and reliability of the product. The wire-to-board configurations have a 2.54mm center-line spacing with 0.64mm square pins, while the wire-to-wire have 2.54mm square pins rated at a current of 6A.
