With P1dB up to 40dBm and total harmonic distortion (THD) below -45dBc, this device ensures superior linearity. Built-in temperature control and on/off control enables power saving mode, and digital attenuator and pre-emphasis adjusts gain from 0 to 78dB. AD9863BCPZRL-50 integrates a wide working voltage from 4.8V to 28V, and offers high efficiency of up to 100%.

Working Principle

The AD9863BCPZRL-50 device is composed of LNA and PA, with integrated matching network and bias control circuits. The input signal of the device is amplified after passing through the LNA, and eventually sent to the PA before output to the antenna port.
