ADG413BRZ-REEL is a monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer/demultiplexer which is designed for switching analog or digital signals. This device is ideal for high speed multiplexed data acquisition systems, and for mixed signal systems. The device is comprised of 12 dual SPST switches/demultiplexers and 2 dual SPDT switches/multiplexers. Each switch has a single control input and a pair of normally open (NO) and a pair of normally closed (NC) switches.

The ADG413BRZ-REEL features low-on resistance for both switch and demultiplexer configurations, low power consumption (<1uA max), low insertion loss (<0.5dB typ), fast switching speed (tpd = 20ns @ 5V, 10nA), and excellent thermal stability.
