The ADG507ABQ is an analog switch/multiplexer/demultiplexer designed to switch high performance signals with very low on resistance, high off isolation and fast switching speed. The ADG507ABQ features two separate families of SPI compatible interfaces and single-ended input/output (I/O) configuration.

The ADG507ABQ is available in three different packages: a 16 pin QSOP package, an 8 pin PDIP, and an 8 pin SOIC package. ADG507ABQ is made using advanced CMOS process geometry for low power dissipation. The device operates from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply.
