In multiplexer mode, the device multiplexes two or more inputs in to one output. Similarly, in demultiplexer mode, one input is distributed over two or more outputs. Lastly, in multiplexer/demultiplexer mode, one input is distributed to two outputs, while two inputs are multiplexed together at one output. The ADG5207BCPZ-RL7 also has an enable pin that can be used to control channel switching and channel selection.Within any of the aforementioned modes, the device can be used in a analog signal switching application.
