The ADP3624ARDZ is an Integrated Gate Driver Offering Both High- and Low-Side MOSFET Outputs, ideal for topologies such as buck boost, boost and other high/low side switching circuits. This device also provides a low quiescent current and high side and low side ultra-fast current limiting. The ADP3624ARDZ is a high-voltage, low-side and high-side gate driver used to power MOSFETs and IGBTs in a wide variety of applications. Typically, it’s used in DC/DC converters, motor drives, and power supplies. It features an integrated high-side and low-side driver that features an adjustable deadtime and level shifting. The high-side driver provides high impedance gate driving with an adjustable current limiting with short-circuit protection. The low-side driver provides adjustable deadtime and level shifting for smooth gate drive transitions. The device is designed to be used in applications up to 20V, with output peak currents of 4A for the high-side, and 2.5A for the low-side. The adjustable deadtime also allows for precise control of the gate drive waveform.
