BA78M15FP-E2 is a linear voltage regulator integrated circuit (IC) that belongs to the Low Dropout (LDO) regulator family. It is designed to provide a regulated voltage output for variable input voltage, from +400mV to +1800mV, with maximum instantaneous output current up to 250mA.
