The BAS70DW-04-7 is an ultra low forward voltage Schottky diode array which is ideal for low power industrial or consumer applications. These Schottky diodes are designed to have low forward voltage drop, making them ideal for applications that have high efficiency power supplies.

The BAS70DW-04-7 consists of four Schottky diodes that have been integrated into a single SOT-23-5 package. The diode is protected by a high temperature epoxy filling.
